Here’s to a great night’s sleep!
I use a “bottoms-up” approach to sleep. What that means is that we start by checking in with your child’s body before we look at the routines and the environment. Together, we make sure that your child’s body has the support it needs to be successful at sleep. I ask lots of questions about eating and pooping so that we can set everyone up for success, working with your child’s doctor as needed. Together we look at what we can control to support your child’s body to produce the melatonin it needs and to manage cortisol for restful sleep. This is the part that most childhood sleep consultants miss, but it’s the foundation for the rest of our work together.
Once we know that your child’s body is set up for success, then we can look at the environment and the routines. I use a collaborative approach. You are the expert in your child, your family, and your goals. I am your toolbox. And I have a LOT of tools.
So let’s get started! What if you and your child could be sleeping better? What if it all goes right?
Schedule a free sleep intro call
The first step to feeling rested, connected, and thriving is to schedule a free sleep intro call so that we can see what you need and whether it’s a good fit to work together.
2. Fill out the questionnaires
Before the call, I will send some questionnaires. These questionnaires give me the background information that I need to make an educated guess about how much support your family might need.
3. Get started on your journey to feeling more rested, connected, and thriving!
During that call, we will look at your child’s motivators, strengths, and challenges when it comes to sleep. The goal is to clarify what’s working and what isn’t working, so that we know how we can move forward together.
